Spacious room, soft towels, gorgeous swimming area.

Breakfast area was dirty, glasses in room and dining area dirty, kettle stands on a 2l ice cream container,??. NO housekeeping we had to make our own bed. No fresh towels were provided. Greeted by staff with no shirt or shoes on.

I enjoyed the hotel, its neat and outstanding room and excellent staff. The room with air con & dstv. The service was all in all excellent. Also, location was perfect and magnificent, relatively close to Margate North Beach. The venue was in a nice enough area, short walk to a quiet area, very close to all shops and the neighborhood and property was very clean and the restaurants.

The location was convenient and perfect, for example, Manaba Beach was within a close distance from the hotel. The food was good with a wide range of options. The management was really helpful and extremely friendly, as well as the staff. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Margate👍❤

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the beach, next to the sea, and very close to all shops. Everything was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities were excellent. I also appreciate that parking was available and there was convenient transportation.

This hotel's location is perfect – seconds away from the beach, close to all shops and essential services. Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean, and everything was sparkling clean. the antique furniture added a unique touch, and the breakfast was scrumptious. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the bath was big enough to soak in comfortably.

The towels were not changed, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for all the amenities provided. Secondly, the location was fantastic, as it was very close to all the shops and right next to the sea. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning and DSTV.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Everything was perfect - a truly wonderful stay!

Had a weekend getaway and it was average. the breakfast was complimentary and decent, plus the location was easy to find with plenty of parking spaces available. the views from the room were nice as the hotel is situated on a hill.

The room was uncomfortable, it was hot and stuffy without any air conditioning. the shower was broken and the tv had only one sport channel, which was a little frustrating.
